Had a bit of a weird situation this month.
My period has come 6 days early which is very unusual for me, started last night and is all but gone tonight.
Not sure if it's a peri menopause thing or not?
I'm 41, had my tubes tied 8 years ago.
Since then my periods have got worse. More hormonal issues really, feeling nauseous before period starts, sweating alot, very low energy. Horrible period pains.
This month it's taken me completely by suprise. I've had sore breasts all month and a bit of left side pelvic pain on and off but that's it.
I have no period pain, I woke up with very low mood today and really angry with life, developed 3 spots in my face overnight 🫣
Not sure if my hormones are just totally out of whack but it just seems odd.
Should i see a doctor or just put it down to random occurrence?
Advice and experiences welcome!
