Starting Evorel Sequi with the combined pill and patch placement

Hi, I am starting evorel sequi patches and the combined pill. Does anyone have any experience with this combination, also where do you put your patch

  2. Arse. The trick is to warm it up first either in your bra or in your hands, and then attach to dry skin and then press on it for as long as you can. You will end up with a patchwork of black fluffy squares all over your bumcheeks which may or may not come off with scrubbing, oil and/or antibacterial gel.

Mind if I ask why you are on COC and HRT at the same time? I asked about this and was told no.

I'm 42. I was told no COC at all, HRT is safer.

@YourFunnyHazelBee I agree with the PP. You can't use HRT and the combined pill. (check this out online and see the response.)

Normally it would be mini pill x 3 (Noriday) a day which can act as contraception and the progesterone part of HRT.

Does your GP have reasons for overriding this prescribing?
