Getting patches to stick?

My latest box of Evorel sequential patches are sh!t, they just won't stick Angry

Any tips on getting them to stay put?

Currently putting them on clean dry skin (no body lotion etc). Then they just fall off in the shower...

I take one silver side off without touching the patch with my fingers, press down onto my bottom, then roll the rest of the patch on without touching the sticky side.

Then press on it for a few seconds and it doesn't move. I swim and shower in it for 4 days just fine. In fact I struggle to get an edge to pull it off with.

I use everol oestrogen patches.

What shower gel are you using? Does it have essential oil in it? Mine have always stuck with no problem…

Thanks for the suggestion @SydneyCarton

@Moveyourbleedingarse I use that exact method to put them on, it's worked fine for previous boxes. It's just this new box that seems super non-sticky.

No new shower gel @Dolphinnoises , I'm hoping it's just this box that's causing me grief.

Sounds like a dodgy box if they usually work ok for you.
Ring pharmacy and get a replacement.

Put them on before showering. I’ve only ever had them come off if applied after a shower, when skin is soft and warm. It seem to affect the adhesive. By putting them on before showering, I’ve only had 2 come off in 7 years.
