Very sore breasts - does anything help?

My bra is so tight and it's painful. I take Evening Primrose but nothing is working. I'm not on HRT. Any recommendations? Will it pass? It seems to be a new symptom. I'm 50.

Go and get them checked out at the doctor. Any change in your breasts shouldn’t be ignored.

Starflower Oil at the largest dose- the capsules are huge! It sorted mine out within a week.
