Perimenopause anyone tried Slynd?

So I put a thread out yesterday about progesterone.
Wandering who has tried Slynd for the progesterone part and helped?
Anxiety, Panic & Brain fog most for me.
Estrogen made me feel worse through patch & gel.
I'm 44, periods regular & light.
Awful spikes in Anxiety when I ovulate and on my period..
Could Slynd help stop the ovulation and period and help my moods?

I started Slynd about 3 weeks ago as I'm progesterone intolerant.

I'm about 10 yrs postmenopausal so a very different profile to you.

I felt okay on just estrogen.
I tried every kind of progesterone apart from The Mirena.

Personally Slynd has literally been life changing. I feel the best I have in over 10 years!
