I've had some health problems so haven't exercised in a while properly, recently reststarted rehab under a physio.
It is really triggering hot flushes ! Which is quite embarrassing, but also sets off migraines for me.
Any tips or advice?
Been having menopause symptoms for a couple of years, I'm on HRT already.
I'm returning to exercise after about a year gap, I don't remember it being this much of a problem before, but I think I'm progressing to a later stage of peri anyway.
Exercise can be a migraine trigger for me too, so the combination of both is really obstructive to continuing rehab, which I really do need to do.
Advice much appreciated!
