Changes having been on patches for years

Any advice / thoughts would be appreciated
I have been on a patch and a half of Evorel Conti for about 2 years . Previously I had been on Sequi . All been fine .
In the last 3 months night sweats have returned , I am having some spotting , breast tenderness . And in the last 2 weeks I have been so low and weepy .
honestly feels like PMT.
Any thoughts ?

can you have a blood test to check oestrogen levels? Okay, it's not perfect since levels can fluctuate a lot, but if it did come back low, you'd know that the hurt needed increasing or changing to something else.
