Evorel sequi, mirena and migraines anyone ?

Has anyone found that evorel sequi gave them headaches or worse migraines and gone on to the mirena coil with success ?

I have changed from evorel sequi to patches and utragestan for the progesterone part , it’s helped with the headaches and migraines but now my mood is low.

I know the mirena is another synthetic progestin like the sequi patches so not sure if that would be bad for the headaches again ! What a minefield!

No experience of mirena coil but from everything I’ve read it’s the synthetic progesterone that gives low mood. However, I found that the natural progesterone gave me low mood. Following for advice from others.

I found that the mirena helped my rages, and it’s a low continuous dose so might be better.
