Feeling very low

Desperately sad and depressed from menopause. Feeling awful, no joy and completely pointless. Want to go back to my old life. Cant get an appointment until next week, should I increase to 2 pumps of estrogel?

Gosh, 1 pump is a very low dose. In your shoes I would increase before seeing the GP, yes. That joyless feeling really is awful.

My symptoms weren't fully alleviated until I was on the equivalent of 4 pumps, but the good news is all my symptoms are gone now.

Thank you so much for responding. I have never suffered with MH before but these last few weeks I have been punishing myself for past mistakes and feeling completely worthless. I have a lovely husband and 4 children but can't even find joy in my family which makes me feel even worse.

I will use 2 pumps from tomorrow and hope things improve
