Has anyone found menopause or dosage changes worsen IBS and bloating?

Ugh I am so fed up of my unpredictable body these days.

I’ve always had mild stress IBS but I’m like a ball of gas! Whatever I eat. I’ll have stretches where I’m fine but then gas and gurgling.

Does anyone else get an increase in GI issues?

Did a change in dosage cause it for anyone?

Think gp is sick of hearing from me!

Sorry missed doses - evorel .75 (upped from .50 a week ago) and cyclical progesterone 200mg nightly.

My gut is awful as I have got older, I don’t seem to tolerate gluten well so largely cut that out, I also think yeast makes me worse as well…although sometimes it’s just food!

I have found a bit of an improvement with IBS symptoms since starting HRT. I am putting it down to a dampening of the horrific perimenpausal anxiety. 🙏🙏❤️
