Nausea on utrogestan ?

I’m having an awful taste in my mouth and nausea nearly everyday and I’m not sure what’s causing it. I’m thinking it’s either acid reflux ( I do have a long history of this and take lansoprazole which doesn’t always work) or it’s the utrogestan that I’ve now been taking continuously for about 3 months.
if it’s the utrogestan would I likely have the same problem with other options like the mirena etc ?
has anyone else had this problem ?
I also have terrible pms like symptoms that seem to go away for 1 week out of every month and I have no idea if this means I need more oestrogen , less ? I’m fed up with it all now.

I had the same. Constant nausea on my progesterone days. Also had low mood and no energy and my relatively regular cycle disappeared. It was awful. I tried multiple times to get a GP appointment and couldn't. I've come off it and feel so much better. And peri symptoms have not yet returned.

I had acid reflux, nausea bloating and vomiting on Vagifem pessaries. My husband also thiught I was in bad moods. So scared to eat anything. I have stopped taking and feel so much better. Even though this was supposed to be a localised treatment. I definitely think these hormones are messing with digestion

Estrogen gives me nausea, but not utrogestan. But both can cause changes in digestion.

Just replied to a similar question here

I had hideous side effects with oral Utrogestan. Debilitating reflux and nausea.

Then tried vaginal route but still had some side effects

Then I read of many having success with rectal route instead, and it has been excellent for me - zero side effects and all the benefits
