There was a big study last year (I think) which showed an improvement in menopause symptoms with the use of hypnotherapy, this is one of the resulting articles;

Hello, hypnotherapist here (with a special interest in the menopause transition). Yes, there is a growing body of evidence showing that hypnotherapy can help with menopause symptoms (and in some cases even out shines CBT). Depending on the type of hypnotherapist you see, it can also help with the deeper layers that tend to emerge during menopause, like low confidence or a feeling that something inside of you is changing into something new (many people describe it as a new emerging identity). It can also be very good for insomnia, anxiety, depression and some new fears/phobias that can arise during menopause like driving anxiety. Happy to answer any questions, but it certainly is a most curious thing. 🌸
