Stopping Elleste Duet after 8 weeks: when did anxiety ease for you?

Hello, just looking for some reassurance really.

I started Elleste Duet 8 weeks and my anxiety got considerably worse (one of the reasons going on it) I’m 46.

Literally 5 days ago my anxiety went through the rough and after speaking to 3 professionals they’ve said to stop - all have said to go cold turkey. I was weary of this but they’ve all said as I was on it for such a short time it’ll be ok. Took last tablet 2 days ago and I’ve been having panic attacks which come out of nowhere and they’ve prescribed me Diazepam to help. I can’t eat a thing.

Anyway…has anyone been through the same kind of scenario and when did you feel a shift in anxiety and it lessening? It’s hell.

Any feedback would be much appreciated xxx

How are you feeling now?

Just wanted to check if you’re feeling less anxious after stopping the Elleste Duet. I’m still trying to find an HRT that doesn’t make me more anxious with the progesterone
