go with gp advice? I started on one (spray, Lenzetto) and after a review another GP demanded to know who told me to only do one? Spoiler, it was his GP colleague 🤦‍♀️

Start with one pump. My symptoms were so awful that I felt amazing with one pump. Almost a year in and am mildly considering upping it. But I think it gives you more to play around with if you start low and slow.

I think I started with two, because that's what the GP told me to do and within 2 days I felt amazing - all my aches and pains gone, my mood lifted, etc. Amazing stuff 😍

I started a couple of days ago with two pumps (and just got the mirena coil too)

Belladog1 · 17/03/2026 10:59

I started with one. Felt bloody fantastic within 2 days and it remained that was until 4 months later when my symptoms returned .... so then went to two.

You should ideally start on the lowest dose possible and work your way up.

Thank you. Think il start on one x

You start with the lowest dose to control your symptoms.
For some women that is 1, for others they might need 4.

Most GPs know next to nothing on HRT.
They go by the prescribing info.
The patient leaflet says two pumps but that is the 'average' and equates to most tablet form and patches .
