I know, not everyone can take HRT including all our sisters with hormone positive breast cancer or risk factors. So it’s not all praise for everyone. I just wondered if it has completely transformed anyone else’s life in 40s, as it has mine. I am so grateful for the near instant return to self with the right HRT

I’m starting oestrogen patches at a higher dose than the ones I’ve been in. I’m hoping to feel better than I have been. I was on Evorel Conte as I’m post menopausal and the synthetic progesterone was making me anxious.
have been given bio-identical progesterone tablets to go with my patches.
