Hi, Can someone please help me and recommend multivitamin supplements for after menopause. It started after COVID and I put on a lot of weight and some sleepless nights. I am now worried that I didn’t take enough vitamins and my bones are hurting. I would like to take some vitamin supplements to keep myself strong and healthy. Thanks.

There are lots of menopause supplements on the market from your regular high street brands to the specialist ones that pop up online line Happy Mammoth. However with bones that sounds more like a HRT issue? If you aren’t already on it worth looking at - it made such a difference to my bone/joint pain.

I take a supplement targeted at menopause and I’ve definitely noticed my mood swings and hot flushes have improved, apparently that’s down to the red clover in it.

A few of my friends take it too and have said it’s helped with joint pain, especially the kind that flares up at night.
