I’ve been prescribed oestrogel one pump and 200mg of utrogestin on days 14-28 - I’m on a low dose of mounjaro too.
my question is do I have to wait another two weeks until my period starts or can I just get on with it now and then take the utrogestin in 14 days time? I’m suffering with watery discharge and really uncomfortable down there amongst the other peri symptoms - already started estrogen cream too - so I want to get on with it and hopefully sort this problem out asap!

I just started.
Then whichever day you start the Utrogestan, make it the same date each month.

Use the oestrogen cream daily for more than two weeks, it really helps.

Oh thank you. I’ll start tomorrow morning then. Will just get on with it!

Hope it helps op. I've been on it three years and it's life saving for me.

@keeponplodding7 , does your HRT prescriber know you are taking Mounjaro? Mounjaro interferes with the absorption of Progesterone which is protective of your uterus. I have a Mirena coil to deliver my Progesterone for this reason. If they don’t know, you should definitely bring this to their attention.

Yes I told my GP and she said I was fine with 200mg of utrogestine on the days 14-28.
