Absolutely no desire - will this get better?

I haven’t been with my husband for two years and I’m now going through a divorce. I haven’t been sexually active for quite some time and I currently have no desire at all. I did lose my libido while I was married, but I was also extremely depressed during that period.

Do you think it’s possible that my desire might return over time? I’m in my late 40s and I suspect menopause might also be starting.

At the moment, because of the lack of libido, I’m not interested in starting a new relationship or anything like that. I actually feel quite content being on my own. Is this a normal way to feel?

I lost my libido and it never came back, not even with HRT. You can try testosterone, but I’ve read on here that it doesn’t always help.
