I’m 47 and peri. Have been on HRT for about 3 years, hasn’t helped with everything, but I’m in a good routine with it. Also take citrilopram.

recently had a course of B12 vaccines, going back for follow up bloods in April to see how well my body has stored it. Am also on iron tablets.

ive been reading a lot about vitamins and supplements, but I’m a bit bamboozled by it all.

what’s your regular go to in the vitamin world?

Vitamin D 2000iu a day.

Nothing else.

If you have a healthy diet you shouldn't need extra vitamins.
The only people who might is anyone on a restricted diet, for whatever reason.

Morning:
Vitamin D/K2 (5000iu/200mg)
Probiotic (optibac - I loved symprove but it was horrific for acid reflux)

Evening:
Collagen tablet with hyaluronic acid (bought after the article in the times last week, to help with tendon issues, couldn't give a shit about wrinkles)
300mg elemental magnesium glycinate

I don't need iron as I have a mirena and got my ferritin up to over 100 several years ago. No bleeding anymore.

Also full HRT.
