Lenzetto users advice pls?

I’ve switched 2 days ago from estradot patch 75mg, to 3 x morning sprays of Lenzetto (onto my inner wrist/forearms.)

(the glue on the patch was giving me a rash)

Sadly I’ve felt utterly terrible for the 48 hrs since starting the Lenzetto; really low, heavy, achey, exhausted. I was doing great on the patch, apart from the rashes.

Can anyone advise -

  • does 3 sprays sound enough to replicate a 75mg patch?
  • does everyone do their sprays just in the morning, or split them am + pm?
  • did anyone not get on with Lenzetto and switch to something else?

Grateful for advice!
thank you x

I've recently sarted on two sprays of Lenzetto. So not the same as you.

But maybe it's psychological? Or not connected? Give it a while longer.

I am only on one spray but I was beyond exhausted and could barely get through the day for the first few weeks but that exhaustion has died down now and I’m not really getting any side effects

I was advised to use it at night before going to bed.

Really? Why?

@OhWhatABeautifulDay My main symptom was lack of sleep due to hot flashes overnight - duvet off, duvet on etc. I have to take the progesterone at night to help with sleep. I don't get that anymore. It doesn't help that I'm a night owl, but I sleep much better now.

Thanks. I've got a Mirena coil doing the progesterone, maybe that makes it different. I do my sprays in the morning, with my coffee, maybe the caffeine is countering any tiredness 😆

I'm on 4 sprays, no adverse effects. Blood tests showed 3 (the recommended max) wasn't enough.

Hm that’s what I’m wondering, that 3 isn’t enough (despite being the max licensed dose for Lenzetto);

I’ve read a lot of muddling info online from various sources, and the dosing seems very hard to pin down with transdermal application generally.

I might give it a few more days then up it to 4 sprays. 2 in the morning, 2 at night seems sensible?

I was moved onto it because I stopped absorbing the patches and it was as though I was using almost nothing. 3 pumps improved this and I've just had follow up bloods done and waiting for hospital appt reviewing them. I will update if I find out more. I do all 4 pumps in morning on my forearm but no idea if that;s the best way - I also have the mirena to balance it.

Makingsenseofitall · 05/03/2026 12:35

I also have the Mirena and moved from patches. I do two sprays on each inner forearm each morning. I didn’t feel that there was sufficient. It’s great now. I feel better than ever .

I was told to spray and take progesterone tablets at night. No official information but I do fall asleep very quickly so perhaps that’s why.

Could you do s trial in the evening to see if it makes a difference (not a Doctor, just personal experience)
