I am currently on estradot, I've been trying different patches but unfortunately was allergic to them all, finally found estradot and was totally fine, I've been on it 2 months, I renewed my prescription and chemist gave me estramon and said they're the same after saying I can only use estradot. Put on Sunday night, small itching this morning and took antihistamines but as the evening is going on I'm getting burning itching on joints, face, lips I really need to take this off ? But the chemist isn't open until 9am can I go that long without a patch?

It'll be fine.
You might get a tiny bit of spotting (breakthrough bleeding) but not likely.
A 'late' dose is classed as more than 12 hours, so 15 is not that late.

Thank you so much for that, was worried about having nothing on. I took it off about an hour ago as my lips swelled up 😞

You didn't have any other choice. You may get some bleeding but at least you'll know why and won't panic about it (like I did once).
