Morning hot flashes

Moved up to Evorel 75 around 7 weeks ago (after a year on 50, but returning symptoms the last 4 months), sleeping better again, and no more getting up to pee during night again 🎉, but now have this consistent pattern of waking up and 2 minutes later having a hot flash that lasts 5 minutes or so.

Doesn’t matter if I wake to alarm, wake before it goes off or have a lie in at the weekend, as soon as I wake up, 2 minutes later 🔥. I am not aware of any flashes during night and don’t get any flashes during day but aware hands and feet are warmer than usual.

Anyone else get this? Did they go away when settled into new dose or does it mean this dose is borderline?
