Low mood and HRT/ coil feeling quite confused!

Hi. I am 50 yrs old and feel quite stuck and unsure about the prescribed meds I am on. I was on HRT patches for a while but due to bleeding/womb thickening issues was told to stop. After some tests was advised to have Mirena coil…this was 6 months ago. I feel it’s really made my mood quite low and feel emotionally numb. Super tired and grumpy constantly. (Menopause classic I know) but way worse in past 6 months. GP has just prescribed 2 pumps of Oestrogel (started this week)
Has anyone been on this combo? Good and bad points?
I’m hoping for mood improvements (feel like irregular bleeding is bearable) but need help with emotions…feel like I’m going crazy. Have a full on job as a mh nurse and 3 kids etc etc. Thank you for any wisdom/thoughts.

I’m on same coil and 3 pumps estrogel per day. No hot flushes, reduced anxiety unless get stressed out at work. Give it some time to work. I’m 52. Good luck. I started on patches but there were never any at the chemist so switched to the gel. It’s good!
