Patches not sticking

As per the title really. I'm only on my third patch and following all of the advice around when and where to attach after a shower/no moisturiser etc and the bloody things just will not stay on!
I've bought some medical tape but this also doesn't last long. Is there an extra sticky tape that someone can recommend perhaps?

I had the same problem! I prep the area now with a bit of rubbing alcohol, which dries really quickly and gets rid of any oils. I also wait for my skin to be completely cool before prepping and putting on the patch. Then once it's on, I cover it with a 3mm Tegaderm Transparent Film Dressing. Haven't had any issues at all since I started doing this. Also for some reason it's got rid of the sticky adhesive left on my skin when I take the patch off!

Ah thank you so much! Just bought both of those things ready for the next change day Smile

Hope it works for you! You only need a light swipe with the rubbing alcohol, and make sure you prep a large enough area for the Tegaderm as well. But it's honestly been game-changing for me.
