hi people, just wondering if anyone has tried bloatburn....my belly is like im ready to drop an elephant lol. i do take 10mg of citropram as cant take hrt. im active but bloody hell my belly is like a rollercoaster lol i have read belly fat produce estrogen but the bloated belly really gets to me lol

I think it's important to see your GP if you tummy is really extended because this can be a sign of more serious issues like ovarian cancer. Serious issues need ruling out especially if you have any other symptoms.

Bloating is just wind or fat.

Nothing you can take ( pills bought over the counter) will help you lose weight. They are possibly just weak diuretics to make you pee more and feel thinner.

How's your diet?

If you're putting on weight, you can't spot-reduce. Weight goes on around the middle because of loss of estrogen and women's bodies start to look like men's (no defined waist.) The only way to conquer this is by weight loss.

Has your GP told you that you can't use HRT? The only main reasons are breast cancer or a recent blood clot.
