Lost orgasm and sensations

Age 50. Menopausal. No periods for 3+ years
Current (continuous) regime:
For past two years:
3 pumps of Oestrogel nightly
200mg Ugesteron nightly (increased from 100 due to slight bleeding)
Added the following 6 weeks ago:
Testosterone Testogel small blob daily
Estriol cream outer labia/clitorus daily
Vagirux daily

So I think it's pretty much full on approach!!

I have zero menopause symptoms, except for the lack of sensitivity and inability to orgasm. I've always been an easy one really, especially with oral stimulation. Never a multiple orgasm, but strong and enough for me. But it's just gone. If it happens its very weak and quite frustrating really.

Any ideas or experiences welcome.

I'm the same. My orgasms would be strong, peel me off the ceiling type. Now I get them (occasionally) but they are more a flicker. My poor partner often says 'was that a good one' after spending ages getting me there - and I often lie to save his feelings. I prefer the build up now as the orgasm itself if a damp squib.

I'm a similar age to you, nearly 52 and I started losing sensation around 47. Unfortunately I did bugger all about it at the time, so I think its lost forever. Like you, I'm on HRT and take vaginal tablets twice a week.

I'm sorry you're going through the same.

It's so frustrating. Mentally I'm there, no relationship issues, just can't quite reach the top of that hill
