Has anybody gone into instant menopause?

As the title really. I had a psychotic breakdown at 44 and went into menopause immediately.

My periods just stopped. They had been regular and relatively easy although sometimes heavy.

Has anybody experienced this outside of having a hysterectomy?

Yes 46, regular as clockwork then nothing. Very stressful time around then. Hearing how my sister is struggling I feel pretty luck to have escaped all symptoms she has had tbh.

yes - funny I have no symptoms either and maybe thats becasue it was instant
