Did oestrogen help with your joint pain?

I am about to start on oestrogen (spray). I have mild knee and hip pain. Did taking oestrogen help you with joint pain?

I mean, I guess I'll find out 😆Just interested to know how others found it.

Massively so and within a few days. Hips, neck, elbows. I hadn't realised how bad it was until the pain wasn't there. I sincerely hope you have the great results I had. This was my worse symptom of the menopause and I hadn't really made the connection.
