Menopause group chat?

Hello everyone.
May I ask if anyone here has set up a meno WhatsApp group or something similar? Perhaps a meetup, like a Meno Cafe or something?
I am still peri and want to chat to women who are still peri or menopause.
Thanks.

The Balance App is amazing for perimenopause/menopause concerns and has a community page where you can ask questions and there is world of information regarding getting the right help from medical professionals. You can also track symptoms which you can print off and share with your health care advisor,GP or practice nurse .
Dr Louise Newson who set up the site talks of her struggles with symptoms and how hormones affect all women with lots of up to date research and she also host podcasts.
I found this app invaluable.

Hello. Thank you both for your replies.

@JinglingSpringbells
Thank you for the links. So much to read and useful info. Good support and resources.

@1Messycoo
I do have the Balance app.
I find the advice and suggestions from knowledgeable ladies to be very helpful. I love that we can all share our stories as we navigate different phases of our journeys. However, there is a lack of ongoing conversation and engagement. Some ladies often jump from one story to another, and others may feel neglected.
I wish there were a PM feature, as some of us would like to have deeper discussions. I will continue to use it, because I love reading the articles, symptoms and use my journal, etc.
