Wierd ovulation like feeling but menopausal

Woke up this morning feeling the way I used to when ovulating - bit achey and sore not 100%. But am in the depths of meno and have been for about 3 years. Any one had similar

Bumping as really unwell and wondering if anyone has experienced similar

I was 10 months without a period I thought I was on the home straight. Then I got ovulation symptoms ovulation symptoms like yourself and had a period. Absolutely gutted. I thought I was nearly there.

I am well out the other side of the menopause but occasionally get what feels like period pain. Nothing has ever come of it but it’s not particularly pleasant. If you’re worried and have any other symptoms then definitely contact your GP.

I had what I thought was severe ovulation pain despite being on the progesterone only pill, and I felt progressively unwell so went to the gp. It turned out to be a UTI which had progressed to PID. Had ultrasound to rule out ovarian cyst too.
I'd check with GP.
