Hi I’ve had to change due to recurrent thrush with the coil. I have been on utrogestan for 10 days continuously one at night. I’m feeling good on it mentally etc but just wanted to check re bleeding. I had a week long withdrawal bleed from the coil that stopped and I’ve now had one spot of blood yesterday and some this morning. Is this expected as you change over? The doctor did say let’s see how you go might need to change to two weeks on two weeks off as I’m 48 and my last bit of period spotting was a while ago. Is this an indication I’m doing continuous too soon or is it normal as you change over?
