Shifting weight in perimenopause

I know this had been asked a billion times, Im hoping someone will hand me the key on this thread!

So, im a year in to perimenopause and on hrt & testosterone. Prior to now ive struggled to gain weight. Now ive gained the dreaded tummy tyre. The old calories in calories out has.gone out the window. Keto hasnt done anything other than made me feel bad for eating fucking carrots.

What works? Actually works. I can be disciplined but i get frustrated when I see no change.

Its a minefield of contradiction, eat less, move less, eat more, no cardio, increase muscle. Lower cortisol. Dont to anything till you've healed your liver. ...🤯

Currently eating lowish carb, decent protein and resistance training 3 x a week (ish)

Ive only got a less than a stone to lose, but Im determined to get it gone

Anyone help please?
