Hi , I’ve been on HRT coming up to 5 years , it’s been trial & error finding the right balance , I was on Everol 75 & 200 progesterone continuous but was having bleeds so with the advice of my menopause Dr cut the patches to 62.5 which is working . However last July I found a lump in my breast which was achy , after a referral to the breast clinic it was a cyst , however this week I’ve got the same ache but can’t feel a lump Silly question but should I go to the Dr to be checked ?

Im so tired of constant problems and am thinking about reducing my patch further to 50 ,

I would ALWAYS check anything suspicious with breasts. They won’t think you’re wasting their time if it turns out to be nothing. We’re lucky to have the NHS in situations like these so use the service and put your mind at rest. Either you catch something at the earliest opportunity or you are relieved to move on and know it wasn’t anything sinister. Not checking just causes worry and stress, or in the worst case scenario, a delay that won’t help.

Btw hugs, I’m sure it’s nothing. But check.

Yes you definitely need to get it checked, it’s possibly the same cyst that’s refilled. But don’t risk it.
