HRT patch glue removal recommendations please

Hi, I have started using the HRT patches and am getting so fed up of having to scratch the residual glue from my body each time. I've found a product called NUDI but the reviews seem mixed. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations please?

I use Estradot so the glue marks are fairly minor, when I was on Evorel they were mahoosive.

Baby oil straight after a shower worked fine. Single use wipes are never the answer!

Use the patch itself to rub them off, works brilliantly.

I use a good quality nail varnish remover with acetone, like you would use for gel polish. Seems to work well for me without too much scrubbing.

Rub the patch you have removed over the glue it left behind. Kind of like removing Blu Tack.

I did all the baby oil/Zoff things until someone recommended I tried this, and it really does work - you don’t think it will to start with, but then it does.

I tried baby oil, using the patch, adhesive remover spray (that a family member uses to remove their stoma bags) and none worked for me.

These (picture) are great, I use one a week to remove two Evorel 75 patch marks, wipe both marks, wait 30 seconds or so and then they wipe off really easily with a gentle rub,

Estrodot doesn't seem to leave much residue behind

TheGoddessAthena · 03/02/2026 23:22

It doesn't, and I don't really care about the glue marks. Just a shame Estradot are still in short supply.

Nudi spray works really well, especially if you leave it for 10 seconds before wiping off.

I use Avon so soft and a sponge still need to scrub a bit but it’s cost effective. I just used what I had really.
