Do I go onto the combined patch today, today is my first change day
I did have a period in December as they're still fairly regular but nothing in January so I thought I dont want to wait around to start the treatment for my period to start, it could have been soon, it might have been another month so I started the estrogen only patch Tuesday, due for the first change today and started my period this morning.
Do I go onto the progesterone patch today or just carry on?
