What's this all about?

[Beakthrough]

I haven't had a period in about 6m. I was on continuous HRT until 4m ago.

In the last couple of days I've had a tiny amount of what appears to be old blood, more a slightly brown tinged discharge than bleeding, and very sore nipples.

In between "spots" the discharge is clear, and more than usual although not excessive.

How come you came off?

The progesterone was making me vile. I feel much better since I stopped.

That’s a shame but don’t blame you, I wonder if they can change doses or something because we need hrt really
