Increased appetite on HRT

One if the things I was enjoying about perimenopause was no longer being hungry all the time. Not surprisingly it also meant I could lose weight easily and stay at a healthy BMI. I’ve recently started HRT and the hunger pangs are terrible. The HRT really helped me in other areas so I don’t want to stop but being hungry all the time is miserable. It’s so bad it wakes me up early and interferes with my concentration at work.

Guess I need to go back to my GP for a review. I’m on 100mg progesterone and a 59mg oestrogen patch twice a week.
