HRT, testosterone and gallbladder issues

I've been on HRT (currently oestrogel 3 pumps and 12 days a month utrogestan) for 3 years now. It's resolved a lot of my issues but I still feel very low libido and a lack of general motivation.

I spoke to a menopause specialist who agreed I should have some tests and see if testosterone would be helpful.

But in the meantime, after getting some pains near my stomach, a GP says she thinks I might have gallstones/gallbladder issues and I also have to have more tests for that.

Looking online it seems gallblader issues are more common in women in their forties (like me) who are also on HRT! Looks like testosterone adds another layer of risk.

Is there anything I can do to at least naturally raise my testosterone so I might see benefits as I'm just finding life so challenging with all these issues.
