Did anyone else have this? I feel like I’m sliding back to how I felt before I started HRT. (41 years old)

On evorel 50 and 200mg progesterone. Have had no adverse effects except nausea a few times.

Now joint pain, exercise intolerance, low mood creeping back.

Trying to hold off and check whether it’s just a bad week or my own fluctuations but just wondering if anyone else has to change their dose around this time period? Thanks!

Are you taking any supplements? If not I’d look at a good quality omega 3 for joints as HRT isn’t a cure all. Also look at vitamin B complex for energy, and D3 with K2 for bones.
When are you due a medication review as you might need the oestrogen increasing.

HRT is really effective against hot flushes and night sweats mainly. On MN, for anything a bit low, be it the mood or energy, there is a scream of take HRT or you have perimenopause.
Look into nutritional deficiencies.

Many thanks for the replies but I don’t quite agree, the exact symptoms were alleviated by HRT and now they are back. I have been assessed for deficiencies and all okay.
