I've been changed onto a different hrt patch, GP said it's the same active ingredient evorel to estradot, do I stay with the same change over days ?
Started evorel on a Sunday so change over was Wednesday, now started Estradot today Wednesday do I change it Sunday as usual or do I count today as day one and change on Saturday.
Hope I made sense.
