Fatigue - when (if it did) lift for you/what helps?

My worst symptom is crushing fatigue, it never seems to leave me, I maybe get one day of the month where it will seem to lift and I actually don’t feel like I’ll pass out with sleep during a conversation!! 4 months on HRT now, lots of symptoms abated but not this one. Sleep is fine, iron, ferritin, haven’t checked vit D in about 2 years, have a goitre but was told it’s fine/function fine.

If you suffer fatigue did anything help? Did it lift at a certain point on HRT? I am seeing my GP again about it but just feel so sad of yet another day feeling like this. Thanks for reading.

I found that taking a perimenopause supplement helped. Not the A. Vogel one as that gave me a stomach ache.

Thank you, I’ll have a look. I did try one but something in it made me very jittery, think it was a herb, will look for the name.
