Has anyone else found this, menopause brought on sever a head and pains first me, I started limping, got sciatica and couldn’t get out of a chair without groaningc just like a very old lady, my mum in her 80s had none of the symptoms. I’m incredibly healthy so this was a shock, my chiropractor said to try diet so I fit keto as my son was trying it,

very strangely all my symptoms have gone, I now thing my hormones previously protected me from some autoimmune condition / arthritis type condition.
has anyone else had this ?

This is interesting as over the last year I have literally been craving meat, eggs and green vegetables with fewer carbs. I wonder if my body is telling me it is the way to go!

I’m way the other side of menopause (mine was deeeeeep brain fog and not able to sleep), but at 67 I do know what I eat can quickly affect my arthritis pain, which only really hurts when I’ve eaten too much flour-based carb's or dairy.
