Is this a thing? Since being on HRT I have noticed an increase in sex dreams and orgasms in my sleep. Not complaining it’s very nice but is this related to HRT? I have had orgasms in my sleep before but not this frequently! It’s practically every night compared to maybe a couple of times a year.
