I was struggling back in September with low mood, loss of confidence. I got an HRT prescription, wanted to wait for day 1 to start. Day 1 never came. Feeling much better. I thought it was game over really, as last period finished right at the beginning of September. But it has started this morning. Best just to leave it now, rather than try it for three months (nurse's suggestion back in September).
