Has anyone actually tried Issviva and does it work?

I recently had a hysterectomy as part of extensive cancer surgery which put me into menopause overnight. I’m 45 so it’s early but I’m on HRT and I feel okay.
However, I’m really worried about the effect on my vagina and Im constantly getting ads for Issviva! Does it actually work?
I’m not having sex so I’m not sure if it has changed down there. It feels fine at the moment. I very much hope to have a partner in the future though and I don’t want sex to be painful.
I also don’t want to spend that much money on something that’s a dud.
Any feedback or tips would be so appreciated.

I’ve had a similar gynaecological history leading to a BSO TH. Tbh I find Estriol cream prescribed by my GP to be fine (along with oestrogen gel.)
