Buying Östrogen gel and progesterone gel online

In a country where it is ridiculously hard to get HRT. 50 and symptoms I want relief from.

any advice on buying products online? Picture attached with ingredients

That is not HRT.
There is no such thing as progesterone gel.

Which country are you in? Someone might have some advice.

Is it possible to get it privately? Or even travel to another country and get it privately there? What you’re currently looking at online isn’t HRT and it sounds like that’s what you need.

If you ever come to the UK you could see a private menopause consultant or a private GP for HRT. Many offer online consultations too.

You could get 6 months of HRT and then a renewed prescription after that.
You'd have to pick that up in the UK- but is it an option?
