What is this

On the inside of my left thigh? It doesn't bother me much during the day but come nighttime it's quite sore.

I’d have to Google lens it…. Looks like a boil of some kind.

Blister? Perhaps an ingrown hair or caused by chafing
Boil?
Alien parasite?
Burn?
Very angry spot?

Give it a squeeze or stick a sewing needle in it.

Ingrown hair, long bath, see if it comes to a head.

Magnesium sulphate paste, under a plaster, is great for drawing out and healing boils.

Absolutely did NOT try squeezing it in the bath. Some blood and a tiny head. Nothing else and now extremely sore. Hopefully it will heal now?
