Peri menopausal stuff

Hello everyone. I'm new here.
Hope you're all well and healthy.
I've just turned 47, I've got 3 sons.. all over the age of 20 and I'm.not sure but I think I'm peri menopausal. My head, neck, and ears are itching me to death. I'm burning up like a furnace every hour throughout the night and now it's coming into the day. What do I do? This itchy stuff is driving me mad . Anyone? Pleeeeeeaase? X

I don't know if I've done this correctly.
I just wanted to talk to anyone about this peri menopausal stuff. As obviously I'm wide awake.. ...sweating my whattsits off!

Have you made an appointment with your GP to discuss HRT? I think that should be your first step.

Meanwhile, as that might take a while, I'd try an antihistamine for the itching.
