I have experiencing sudden heat, feeling hot on my face and sometimes on my body. This occurs sporadically and has been happening for the last two weeks.
I have recovered from a cold, so I'm not sure if this is related. I still get the sniffles.
I can't asked my mum because she has passed away and my friends sailed through menopause. I asked a colleague and she told me it is hot flushes, but she has not experienced herself.
