Any women had a hair transplant?

I have thinning hair and looked into transplants but they seem to be aimed at men. Can women have the same treatment but all over? IE not just the hairline.

I don’t see why the same process can’t be used for women. I don’t know any women personally that have had a hair transplant but I follow this woman on YouTube who had traction alopecia from always tying her hair back and she got a hair transplant a few years ago. She’s made lots of videos about it so may be worth a watch. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLsp_PFfL9yXgvYVessV73zCii2t9voveF&si=wMlIJOW2aItk482H
